Gaining the title of grandparent changes everything. It’s a fresh reminder that life itself is a miracle, providing us with a new supporting role to our grandchild’s parents. We once again face the eternal question, “How are we passing along our message of faith to future generations?”

This world is full of troubles, but the promises of God are trustworthy. Our grandchildren need to know without a doubt that we are on Christ’s  winning team. God commands us to teach future generations about our faith. Let’s help each other along the way.

“I will utter hidden things,
things from of old—things we have heard and known,
things our ancestors have told us.
We will not hide them from their descendants;
we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord,
his power, and the wonders he has done. …
which he commanded our ancestors to teach their children,
so the next generation would know them,
even the children yet to be  born,
and they in turn would tell their children.”
Psalm 78:2-6
